Hermès is reinforcing its presence in China with two major cultural moments in the span of a week—an exclusive runway show in Shanghai and the launch of v craftsmanship exhibition in Shenzhen.
On June 13, 2025, the house will unveil the second chapter of its Fall-Winter 2025 women’s collection in Shanghai. Nadège Vanhée, head of womenswear at Hermès, will reinterpret the themes introduced in Paris through a refreshed creative lens. This marks only the second time Hermès has staged a full women’s show outside of its home base, and comes just one year after it presented its Spring/Summer 2024 men’s collection in Shanghai—affirming the brand’s commitment to China and its broader cultural engagement.
Meanwhile, from May 17 to June 1, “Hermès in the Making”—a global traveling exhibition—will make its first stop in China at Shenzhen Talent Park.

Designed to resemble an artisan’s workbench, the exhibition features an open, interactive layout that invites visitors to explore the brand’s values through four thematic zones. From tools and materials to heritage and technical skill, the experience offers a behind-the-scenes look at Hermès’ enduring pursuit of sustainability and excellence in craftsmanship.
Guests will be able to witness artisans at work and engage directly with the brand’s artisanal philosophy. Admission is open via reservation on Hermès’ official WeChat Mini Program.
