Monica Vinader Unveiled 2024 Chinese New Year Collection

The British jewelry brand Monica Vinader has drawn from traditional Chinese culture to present two limited-edition jewelry pieces for its Chinese New Year collection.

Embracing the Chinese custom of wearing red cords in one's zodiac year to attract peace, prosperity, and luck, Monica Vinader has reimagined its classic Linear Series bracelet. The new creation features a small gold bar on a red cord, symbolizing a blend of "Chinese red" and "Good Luck Gold", embodying wishes for a fortunate New Year. In addition, the brand pays tribute to the tradition of hanging lanterns during Chinese New Year, introducing a red luck lantern pendant. This piece features a three-dimensional design crafted from natural red agate, a stone associated with motivation, infusing it with the blessing of good fortune.

To celebrate the Year of the Loong 2024, Monica Vinader has invited Chinese fashion illustrator OhAkiRa to create limited edition engraving patterns for the Year of the Loong.  This allows customers to personalize their jewelry with exclusive New Year blessings.

On 8 December, the Monica Vinader 2024 Chinese New Year Collection was launched exclusively at its Tmall flagship shop and Xiaohongshu shop.
